We offer you hypoallergenic production in semi-automatic manufacture without flow, separating and binding agents already for production quantities of 6,000 capsules or more.

You have the choice between capsule shells in sizes 00, 0, 1 and 3.

Our encapsulation technology with state-of-the-art equipment allows us to produce hypoallergenic products without additional additives such as magnesium stearate (magnesium salts of fatty acids) or silicon dioxide.

Sanupharm also produces capsules filled with liquid ingredients.

Our production diversity also includes the filling of powders, dried fruits, liquid products (juices, dropper bottles, spray etc.) as well as the production of cosmetics and pet food.

We fill your finished product fully or semi-automatically, depending on the batch size, in plastic cans, wide-neck jars, buckets, stand-up pouches, glass bottles, PET bottles, cosmetic containers or individual packaging units.

We also offer packaging with Press Seal inlays, measuring spoons, measuring cups, drip inserts, spray heads, hangtags, lid sleeves or packaging in sachets, blisters and folding cartons with package inserts as required. We can also fill various capsules into small, handy, personalised vital substance packs.

Our coding system enables the printing of product identification information on different material surfaces and in different colors.
