Why we produce more naturally than our competitors
The modern food supplement production works with high performance technology. Fully automatic capsule filling machines produce up to 200,000 capsules per hour and enable the industry to produce large quantities at low cost. As a result, the preparations contain certain additives that are only necessary for the manufacturing process and not for the actual effect of the food supplement. Examples are release agents such as magnesium stearate (magnesium salts of fatty acids) or superplasticizers such as talcum or silicon dioxide.
The coatings of many tablets also contain dyes or whiteners (e.g. titanium dioxide), which play no role for the actual effectiveness. nbsp]These coating agents are often used only for odour and taste masking.
As a rule, the valuable active substances are loaded by the addition of foreign substances and heat. All these additives can trigger intolerances and irritate the immune system.
That's why we have made it our goal to make production as natural as possible.
Without superplasticizer and release agent
In our production many operations are carried out semi-automatically using the latest machine technology. This enables us to dispense with flow and release agents, but means a more complex process, as fast production would require these substances.
The slower, more careful production, however, has the advantage of the lower heat development and thus the protection of the vital substances and guarantees the good tolerance and bioavailability of the active substances.
